RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED UNDER THE “INCORRECT ITEM SENT” POLICY ONLY 

MOREOVER, IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW TO RE-SELL USED HAIR, SO WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE LEFT THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR THAT LOOK WORN OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY

INCORRECT ITEM SENT POLICY: 

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS INCORRECT EMAIL US AT GARMENTADDICT@GMAIL.COM WITH PHOTOS OF THE UNWORN ITEM IN IT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PACKING SLIP. ALSO, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND PLACE THE WORDS “INCORRECT ITEM” IN THE SUBJECT LINE (TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS) WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE CARRIERS CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE. ONCE IT IS PROVEN THAT A MISTAKE WAS MADE ON OUR BEHALF, WE’LL SEND YOU NEXT STEPS ON HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, ALL REQUESTS ARE TO BE MADE VIA EMAIL AT GARMENTADDICT@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE. HOWEVER, IN ORDER FOR YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED IN A TIMELY MANNER, MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE YOUR FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AS WELL AS THE ORDER NUMBER (IF APPLICABLE). ALSO, WRITE ON THE SUBJECT LINE “CANCEL ORDER”. PLEASE REVIEW THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THOROUGHLY TO AVOID ANY DELAYS AND/OR DENIALS. IF THE REQUEST COINCIDE WITH OUR CANCELLATION POLICY, THE TRANSACTION CAN BE PROVEN AND THE FUNDS ARE CLEARED, WE WILL THEN PROCEED WITH THE REFUND PROCESS. 

REFUNDS ARE APPLIED IN THEIR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO REFLECT IN YOUR ACCOUNT. OTHERWISE, CONTACT YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION

HAIR CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECTED TO A $35 RESTOCKING FEE AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT. 

INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS POLICY:

IF YOU ENTER THE INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS, YOU NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $10 TO COVER PROCESSING EXPENSES BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT. FURTHERMORE, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NOR WILL THE ITEM BE MAILED BACK OUT WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER PAYING THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS.

NOTHING SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL WILL BE GRANTED A REFUND AND ANY PACKAGES SENT BACK WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER

IN-PERSON TRANSACTIONS POLICY:

ALL IN-PERSON TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES NO RETURNS 

QUESTIONABLY ORDERS:

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE QUESTIONABLY (ADDRESS, NAME AND/OR CREDIT CARD DOESN'T MATCH, ETC.) WILL BE ASKED FOR PROPER IDENTIFICATION SUCH AS GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID, ETC BEFORE PROCESSING THE ORDER. MOREOVER, GARMENT ADDICT BOUTIQUE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDERS AT OUR DISCRETION.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY POLICY: 

IN CONCLUSION,  WE TAKE RETURNS AND CHARGE BACKS VERY SERIOUSLY. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD OUR COMPANY IN ANY ILLEGAL WAY, EXPECT CRIMINAL CHARGES AND A CIVIL SUIT TO FOLLOW
